A Thank-You Koala

One of the gentlemen in my "Private Spaces" tour told me that he had been here to Chicago from Australia three other times over the years to see the Robie House, and of all of the docents he'd been with over the years, I was his favorite. That was a nice compliment, and told me that all of my efforts over the years to make our guests happy and satisfied with their experience are paying off.
