Fotasy

I followed Moose's recommendation to get a Fotasy adapter because he had found that it was the only one which gave focus to infinity. Two others I bought do not manage this. An extensive search on the internet showed that Amazon are the only company in the world which sells these and does actually have them in stock. Read the fine print of this screen scrape of the Amazon sales page when I tried to complete the order . ... Fortunately, an old University classmate who lives in Vermont has agreed to buy one for me and post it on to NZ. I have NO idea why Amazon refuse to supply me with this small item.
