I adjusted the White-balance to slightly the cool side of normal daylight. This better matches the blue-sensitivity of B&amp;W film. Secondly, contrast is stretched a bit. B&amp;W images basically need SOMETHING in the image that goes to white and black. You don't need it to overdo it, but as a B&amp;W image is an &quot;abstract image&quot; you need to define the outer points of exposure relationship somewhere within the image. Thirdly, I backed off the cyan and blue colors. That is what darkened the sky as the sky is a combination of blue and cyan.]]></description>
