Matthew and Gunnar Nelson

In the early 90's I had press credentials with IndyCar for a radio show I was producing. I took the opportunity as often as I could to also bring the OM's with me. Before the Cleveland race there was traditionally a Pro/Am celebrity race in Toyota street cars. Here, in 1992, Ricky Nelson's sons Matthew and Gunnar were serious competitors. In fact, Matthew actually won the race. This was a pre-race strategy talk between the twins. Scanned from Fujicolor film, taken, I believe, with either the OM-4t or the Stylus. At races, the Stylus was often the camera of choice because of the quick "point-and-shoot" nature. In fact, one of the reasons I bought mine was because I had seen many of the magazine pros with one tucked in their bags alongside the "Big Beige".
