Gilster Grain Elevator

The main industry in the town where I grew up, besides farming, is the Gilster-Mary Lee plant. They make an assortment of mixes for baked goods. Everyone just knows it as "Cake Mix". If you work there, chances are you're known as a "Cakey." This elevator still receives grain to be milled (and some to be sold off). It's been standing on that location forever.
