Brent Nixon

Brent Nixon is a well-known naturalist, and was the guest speaker on our cruise. He would explain about the different wildlife we might be seeing, from whales to eagles to bears. Unlike a cruise line employee rehearsing a speech from a travel guide, Nixon spoke from a place of experience. He's been living with and studying these animals for decades. When he talks about how to escape a grizzly bear attack, he's actually done it. Nixon added immensely to the enjoyment of our cruise.
