Finally, some color! Daffies have buds, but nothing open. Was about to give up when I spotted this little (1") Crocus under the J/Maple.

The smaller one is closer to the original... nice distressed Walnut, size is akin to Horace Kephart's original pattern. The bade is about 1/8 inch too narrow, and sabre ground; not flat, like it's companion. That's it for awhile - just got the Doc's relea
