Eyecup Saver

Someone asked again about retention of viewfinder eyecups, accessory viewfinders and the like. Here's how I do it.Make a "lasso" or sliding loop one one end of a piece of fishing line (mono shown, braided works fine) to place around the base.

Another blast from the past - in a much simpler time. A gun show in Southern Indiana in the mid-50's. No paperwork, no restrictions, cash or trade was accepted. Scanned from a very faded Kodachrome slide. Probably shot with a Contax II.

Backyard Fox
