Breakfast Time

Yesterday morning I put out a full bowl of sunflower seeds mixed with some hamster food. Within an hour, it was down to this. I always wondered how the little guy could eat so much... then I noticed that he was just stuffing his cheeks until they were the size of his head, and then he'd run off and stash it. Based on how much food we've put out, there's probably 32 pounds of chipmunk food socked away for the winter. We've tried to explain to him that we'll keep feeding him even when it's winter... I was in the yard taking photos of Kermit, when I saw him poke his head out, looking annoyed that I was interrupting breakfast. I wasn't going to give in, so I stayed there.
