Many of you mightn't have heard of IrfanView much less know what it is. For those who know, you're probably in the minority. Zone-10's FOREFRONT breaks cover on developments in Malaysia on introducing IrfanView to those photographers who believe they don't exactly need a battleship to do minimal exposure processing work...

Zone-10 members in Malaysia recently completed an exercise called, 'Fairpark Terraces Project,' documenting the demise of a 1938 housing area that held some historic significance in the central northern city of Ipoh in Malaysia. We're using this space to keep readers updated. 

Las Vegas, Nevada – The Digital Imaging Marketing Association (DIMA) announced thirteen digital products from a selection of hundreds made available at the PMA Sneak Peek, an official sub-event held during PMA 2008.

 
Las Vegas, Nevada -  At  PMA 2008, Olympus released at least six point-and-shoot digital compact  cameras that the company hopes will help it to maintain its lead in their respective market segments.  The models include additions to the Stylus range such as the 840, 900 and 1020 as well as the 850SW and 1030SW.  From the SP-series comes the new SP-570.
